After searching high and low for a new home in the Northern Suburbs, I met Rozelle. I had a few false starts with other property agents on the West Coast and decided to rather search in the Northern Suburbs near my parents. Rozelle was very supportive from the word "GO". I wanted to view the property more than once and she organised that easily. When I decided I want to buy the property, she insured me that it is an easy process providing me with all the relevant documentation and especially the property plans that was going to make or break the deal. I have known Rozelle for a number of years already. When we first moved to Cape Town more than 11 years ago, she sold us 4 Shiraz Street in Oude Westhof. Both my late husband Trevor and I were already impressed at that time with Rozelle’s professionality especially as we were still living in Johannesburg at the time and communication was not as effortless as it is today.
